Duties:

• To provide the units in the administration of the university to function effectively, orderly and harmoniously
• To run reportage without voting in the University Council and University Management Committee ; to provide the registering, protecting and saving of it
• To transfer the decisions of the University Council and University Management Committee to the units related to the university
• To propose the personnel to work in the Organisation of the University Administration to the President
• To administrate the correspondence of the Rector,
• To work on the similar duties the Rector demands to be done.
